Bradford March 5th, 1863
Dear Cicero,
I have just received the enclosed drafts
and will send them to you with the letter,
in which Husband directs what to do with
them. I have met here a friend from Delphi
who advises me to go to Delphi for company, that
Dr. Beck is home on a short furlow, and Dr. Grimes
is fixing to go to Maryland, but I think that I will
not go as I will no doubt be detained some time
to wait on them to be ready. We did not get
here in time for the noon train, but will start
to Indianapolis one o’clock tonight.
Please put these drafts in Bank as directed.
Your friend
M. J. Milroy
