My Dear Pa
It has been some
time since we have heard from you
We was expecting you home and thought
you did not write because you were
coming home and we all will be
very much disappointed if you do not
come. Ma has been thinking from
the war news you would not be able
to leave your post. We are all pretty
well but Ma & Brucey. Ma has not
been able to be up today and is
suffering from that pain in her side.
Last Thursday evening I was cleaning
out the water trough around the house the
boys were on the roof helping some and
playing they went to climb down on the
Handwritten; 1 sheet double folded, 3 sides of writing; white stationery with light blue lines
