My Dear Robert, 
 
 
 
	I thought I would write 
 you a few lines this Morning before the goes out 
 to let you know how the children are getting 
 along with the measles. Knowing you would 
be quite anxious about hem after getting my 
 letter Mailed Tuesday of this week.  
 
 
 
Val is 
 about now, has lost considerable flesh and 
 looks quite pale, he was quite sick with them 
 cannot speak now above his breath. They came 
out full on Walter last Wednesday he has 
not been so sick and so closely confined 
 to bed with them as Val, baby is quite unwell 
but they have not come out yet. Ella is also 
 quite unwell, I think when the Measles  
come out on her and baby, they will get  
well. 
 
 
 
 The Baptist Meetings are still kept 
 up and Ben is very much interested. Our 
 Communion Meetings commenced last night 
the minister of Francisville is assisting Mr.  
Mayhew. I got some worsted for the Miss E. Smith
