of your letter of October 23. I went
immediately to see Dwiggins
and Tatman and read to
each one what you said
about Tatman giving up
your office to Dwiggins.
Dwiggins wanted Tatman
to go to work immediately to
make out a schedule of the
business on hand, so that he
could write to you and agree
on some terms of partnership.
I saw Dwiggins last evening
again. He said that he had
been at Tatmans all day
