TO ALL WHO SHALL SEE THESE PRESENTS, GREETING:
KNOW YE, that in the name and by the authority of the
State aforesaid, I do hereby appoint and commission Robert H.
Milroy Colonel in and for the
the Ninth Regiment of the Volunteers called into the service of the
United States as Militia by the President thereof, under the Act of
Congress of February 28th, 1795, which call bears date, April 15th, 1861.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
caused to be affixed the seal of the State at the City of
Indianapolis, this 26th day of April .
