		From and after 
this date there will be company drill in the 
forenoon and Regimental Drill in the after 
noon of each day and dress parade at the  
conclusion of Regimental drill at this post. 
All commanding officers are charged with 
the duty of seeing that the arms of the men 
are kept clean and in perfect order and 
to this end there will be a daily in- 
spection of arms by the commanders of companies 
and also by Battalions and Regimental 
commanders to see that the company officers  
originally perform their duties in this respect. 
Commanders of all Regiments, , Battalions, 
Detachments and Detached companies will 
report at these Headquarters the amount and 
condition of the ammunition; which report 
should be sent in without delay. 
Daily Regimental reports are required to be 
made at 10 o’clock A.M. each day from 
and after today.
