My Dear Robert
Our Brucy is
improving, he is now but
the skeleton of what he was
before he took sick, and will
require tender care untill he
regains his flesh and former
healthful vigor. this is the
third day that he has had any
disposition to eat. today his
appetite has been ravenous,
and has been very pevish and
fretful for something to eat
it is now 4 o clock, and he is
sleeping for the first time
today. I got Dr Salter to
visit him. Dr Richey did not
give attention enough.
Salter put a blister on his
chest which has been freting
