My Dear Robert
It is a long
time since I have received a
letter from you, in your last
letter which I have received you
wrote of having been presented
with another horse and that you
would enclose the speeches
made on the occasion, but they
were not enclosed, I have since
the map and Wheeling paper
which you sent from Buckhannon
I think your order 28 is a good one.
and all good men will sustain
you in it. - I have been visiting
Mrs. Moody. her husband purchased
a carriage in Lafayette, she had
her brother bring it up and
take us down, she received a
letter from Moody whilst we
