you or any two or more of you that at such certain days and places as you shall appoint you assemble yourselves together and the witnesses aforesaid you shall call and cause to come and their diligently examine on oath touching the primases & their examination unto our said court distinctly and plainly without delay you shall certify and send in closed returning to us also this Writ witness Frederic William Spence Grayson Clerk of our said Court at the Courthouse in Shepherdsville on the 28st day of April 1818 and in the 20th year of the Commonwealth
