Bower On the 5th day of July, 1887, a deed from Andrew Bower, to you, was filed in my office for Record, said Deed has been duly Recorded and transferred for Taxation, Fee $1.35, you will please call or send for your Deed, you can remit the Fee by Mail and on receipt of the same I will mail Deed to your address Hoping that you will give this matter your immediate attention I remain Very Respt Christopher Peaceley RCC
