May 10th 1816. This day came into office a deed from Jacob Bowman & wife to Jesse Henley for 500 acres land in Clark County part of Number 125 dated 1st day of November 1815.
" Same day came a deed from John Work to Samuel Rose for 100 acres land in Clark County part of No. 140 Date 1st Septr 1815 "
13th This day came into office a Certificate from John Nawter D.S.C.C. to Joseph Bartholomew for 500 acres of Land in Clark County No. 182, taxed in the name of Jacob Nawmetr Bearing date 2d January 1810. (200 acres of which app=ears to have been redeemed by Robert Hall)
" Same day came a Certificate from Joseph B?? DS for W.W. Goodwin late S.C.O to Jesse Tuell for 50 acres in the S.W. corner of 500 acres No. 287. listing the name of Hoops & Moylan, Bearing date 15th day of April 1812"
" 16th This day came into office a deed from John Weather in Sherriff of Clark County to John H Thompson for the North East half of Lot No 137 in Charlestown date 8th March 1816
18th This day came a deed into Office from John H Thompson & wife to Elizabeth Raney for N. East half of Lot No. 137 in Charlestown dated 15th day of may 1816.
