Transcription	Chestnut Hill Hospital Philadelphia Pa July the 19 /63 Dear Mother & Sister I seat mysels this sundy morning to write you a few lines to inform you how i am getting along i am still in the Hospital though my eyes are getting some better than they were though i cannot see very well yet but i think that they will get so that i can see pretty well again with the aide of glasses. i hope that you are all well at this time and all things are Quiett at home i have not heard from you for 3 moths and more i am writing 2 and 2 letters home a week and get no answer what is the rason i do Knot Know
