Dear Mr. Dorsey:
Happened to think one day of your shoulder patch collection and picked this one up for you. Probably you already have it anyway but Ill send it Now that the war is over it seems a little late possibly but my intentions were good. I got it before the war ended.
Was able to catch some of the celebration of V J day in Miami, but it was late by the time I arrived there and things had quieted down quite a bit.
As far as getting discharged is concerned I know nothing avout it. In fact I doubt
If Ill get out anyway soon but hope to be fooled.
Oh by the way this patch is the insigna of the Armys Autilles Command. Sorry but
