In 1927 Fred M. White sold a part of his farm to developers who built the Bass Lake Golf Course. The farmhouse was used as the Clubhouse until the 1970's.
In 1927 developers created the Bass Lake Golf Course on farmland purchased from Fred M. White. This postcard was made from a photograph of the 11th green. The golf course was a full service 18 hole course and is still in operation today.
