Description	The "Washington" is shown docked at Madison, Indiana, just above the Trow Flour Mill. On its sign you can see part of the word 'Perfection'. Perfection flour was shipped all over the country, and to other countries, by boat and rail. The mill was located on Broadway and what is now Vaughn Drive. It was lost in the 1937 flood. A short time later the city bought the property and the WPA built a public swimming pool on the site. Stones from the old mill were used for the club house. The mill is an example of the benefits of both river and rail traffic.
